Bullseye Home Services (Trading as Bullseye Pest Control)

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Pastel Pines International (NZ) Limited, trading as Bullseye Home Services / Bullseye Pest Control (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

We provide residential and commercial pest control services across Auckland. Services may vary depending on the pest issue, property type, and environmental conditions.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time.
Final pricing may change following an on-site inspection.
Any changes to pricing will be discussed with the customer before proceeding with the service.
We do not charge call-out fees.

4. Bookings

Bookings can be made online, via phone, or through direct contact.
A booking request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment until agreed upon.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where necessary.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If insufficient notice is provided, we reserve the right to prioritise other bookings.
We do not charge cancellation or no-show fees.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is typically required upon arrival at the property unless otherwise agreed.
Where an invoice is issued:
- Residential customers: payment due within 7 days
- Commercial customers: payment due within 30 days
Late payments may incur a 2% per month fee on outstanding balances.

7. Access to Property

Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the property at the scheduled time.
Any delays caused by restricted access may impact service delivery.

8. Health & Safety

Customers and pets must vacate the property for a minimum of 3 hours following treatment.
Pets must be removed from treatment areas prior to service.
We will conduct a hazard assessment before treatment to identify any potential risks.
Customers will be informed of any chemicals used and associated safety precautions.

9. Treatment & Results

Treatment methods and chemicals used will depend on the pest issue and property conditions.
While we aim to deliver effective pest control solutions, we do not guarantee complete pest elimination.
Results may vary depending on environmental factors and infestation severity.

10. Liability

We are liable for any direct damage caused by our technician during service.
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Pest re-infestation
- Outcomes affected by environmental conditions or lack of customer compliance

11. Weather Conditions

Services may be postponed or rescheduled due to unsuitable weather conditions.
We will contact customers to arrange an alternative time where necessary.

12. Commercial Services

Commercial clients may be subject to separate agreements or contracts as the business expands.
Standard payment terms for commercial clients are 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

13. Service Area

We provide services Auckland-wide. Availability may vary depending on location and demand.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
